Modifications for Covid-19 Precautions

Per California Department of Public Heatlh:

  • Keep six feet apart during packet pick-up

  • Wear masks until ready to run. Masks are NOT required during race. 

  • Runners will be released to run individually or by family/friends group instead of all at once

  • Top runners need not be present to receive awards

  • All volunteers will wear masks and gloves during the course of this event

  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available

Below is all the information you need to participate in the Ice Cream Run

Packet Pick-up

Required at Early Pick-up​

Packet pick up is day of event only.

Day of Event Packet Pick-up

 

When: Sunday, Sept. 20, 2020
Time: Beginning at 6:30am – 9am

​

Required at Day of Event Check-in

​

  1. Photo I.D. for each participant (no exceptions, so if you are picking up for a friend you MUST have a copy of their I.D.)

  2. An initialed, signed and dated copy of the waiver for each participant. (no exceptions, so if you are picking up for a friend you MUST have a copy of their signed waiver.)

  3. Your ticket, either printed or on your smartphone. (no exceptions, so if you are picking up for a friend you MUST have a copy of their ticket.)
    Packets need to be picked up at least an hour before wave time.

  3. Very cool clothing and load up on the sun block!

  4. Spending money for extra ice cream and t-shirts!

    Fastest Time of the Day … 2 Categories ~ Men & Women
    Fastest Time for Age Groups … 2 Categories each group ~ Men & Women
    Age Groups… 12-14, 15-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 60 & up
    Winners will be announced at the day of the run. No need to be present to win!.
